I am a second year law student at Boston University and am originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Spending time with children is a great way for me to take a break from my studies. I babysat for two families throughout high school and another family during my summers in college. I have cared for both boys and girls ranging from ages 2 to 11. I have also worked with children as an ESL instructor and as a volunteer at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND). KIND is a non-profit organization that helps to facilitate pro bono representation for unaccompanied refugee and immigrant children. At KIND, I interview children and serve as a liaison between them and their attorneys. Additionally, I am a certified lifeguard, through which I obtained certification in CPR and First Aid.
