Hi! My name is Maggie. I am a rising senior at Boston College, studying Elementary Education, and I cannot wait to be a teacher. I have 8 years of experience working with children ages 1 month - 14 years in various capacities including babysitting, tutoring and teaching. Additionally, I have experience working with children with a variety of special needs, and also English language learners. Last summer, I worked as a preschool teacher for 15 children ages 3-5, where I planned a full-summer of literacy and enrichment activities. I have been trained extensively in early childhood literacy and development through volunteering with Jumpstart, an Americorp program to support disadvantaged preschool students, in addition to all of my education and human development course work at Boston College.
