Gaby provided 2 references (in letter form), however, she was unable to provide a valid social security or tax ID #. She scheduled an interview, which would be followed by some training and she called the day before and left a message on our answering machine saying that she had taken another job and she was not going to be able to come at all. I felt I wasted my time...I didn't find this candidate reliable and I would not reccomend hiring her. From now on I will only consider candidates that have already had their background checked.
