I have a background in the medical field as well, I am a licensed nursing assistant. In the past I have worked in nursing homes as well as working in personal homes. Having my nursing assistant certification includes Heimlich certification as well as CPR. My certification also includes infant CPR. Let me tell you a little about my nannying experience, I have worked with children whose ages vary from newborn to 8 years old. I have always enjoying taking care of children and find a lot of pride in my ability to do so. One of the most recent positions was 6 months long, and consisted of taking care of the children’s every day needs, as well as some light housekeeping and cooking. The children are age 2 and 7. Another recent position I held was for a family with two boys age 4 and 6. I assisted with every day basic needs as well as school and homework help. I am currently in a position with twin boys that are almost 3 years old. I have been with them for 2.5 years but they are ready to move on to preschool. In the past I have worked with infants as well as being a mother of a 5 year old myself.
