Hi! I’m Jade, I’m 26 years old, and I’d love to help care for your little ones! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Youth Development, and I’m currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have hands-on experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and needs, including neurodivergent children and children with autism. My background has given me a strong understanding of child development, communication, behavior, and creating a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow.
