I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kelisa and would never consider working her again. Kelisa and I confirmed by phone call that she would watch our 3 month old for approximately 15 hours over two days during a family wedding. We confirmed all of the details with Kelisa about 6 weeks before the wedding, including our timing and the location of our rental house. One hour before she was supposed to arrive, I texted her to check in, and she said she had thought we would be staying in a different town. Then she told me I had the wrong person and that she and I hadn’t spoken. When I sent her screenshots of our conversation, she told me she hurt her back and couldn’t help us either of the two days. With one hour of notice, we had to scramble to find other childcare for the family wedding we had travelled to attend.
