Here is a little bit about me. *Self-description* I am spunky, fun and dependable. I enjoy doing crafts and playing games. I also take joy in playgrounds, riding bikes, swimming, the library, and other fun things! I feel I would be a great companion for your child. *Additional information* I began an interest in caring for children when I was 13. I would babysit for families in the neighborhood. As I entered high school they had a day care in one of the wings. I began working there for credit.  From that point on I have always had a job working with children *Challenges of position* I have been with one of my families for 10 years, and I find that as they get older the respect level and listening skills decrease a little bit. It makes it difficult for me implement the rules of the house, so I have to be creative in my methods. *Rewards of position* It is a good feeling knowing that I am an important part in a child's life. Being able to watch them grow and help them with life decisions means a great deal to me.

I have done babysitting for a year.i am well experienced in babysitting because i have done babysitting of my children and also during my job.i am also able of cooking.i have also done house cooking.

Born in Mexico City, grew up in the US.  Lived in CA, FL, ID, MD & MA where I finished College with a double Major in Elementary Education & Psychology, in 1994. I nannied for the same family for 18 yrs.+,  in Reading, MA.  I have always loved kids, enjoy playing & reading with them, but at the same time always keeping in mind that safety comes first! I enjoy giving 110% of my self to my work responsibilities.  I like to organize and help the family in any way that I can.  My family & I live in Norwood, MA. & Norridgewock, Maine where I home schooled my kids 1st - 6th grade. Now our 15 yr old daughter is in 9th grade, while our 21yr old son is in college.

Hello, I am an experienced nanny who has cared for children of all ages. I am the middle of 10 children, so I have been babysitting since I was 10 years old. I have a psychology degree, teaching certification, and I am trained in mindfulness. I’m also a holistic health coach and work part time for a global health and wellness company. I really enjoy kids! They are naturally authentic and interested in the world. I studied Math and Education in college, and got teaching experience in classrooms ranging from kindergarten to high school. I got certified to teach secondary math, and went on to do a year of Americorps service after college. I moved to Boston in 2007 and began babysitting until I figured out what was next. I enjoyed what I was doing so much that I went on to become a full time nanny the following year. I worked for three years for a family with three children- ages 2, 5, and 7 when I started. After the youngest was off to kindergarten, I took a new position, a nanny share caring for two 2-year old girls. I’ve also babysat for multiple families over the years ranging from overnights with infant twins to school vacation help for 12-year olds. I taught the preschool class at my church for 5 years as well. In October 2012, I had a daughter of my own! I began bringing her along to babysitting/ nanny positions, which worked out quite well. In 2019, after working as a nanny/ babysitter for 12 years, I transitioned to teaching. I worked as an assistant in a combined Pre-K/Kindergarten class for four years before becoming the lead teacher of a separate Pre-K class. I had another daughter in January 2024 and am currently exploring the possibility of a babysitting position where I can bring my 1-year old daughter along.

Hi. I'm a social worker and I am available over the upcoming Thanksgiving vacation. I thoroughly enjoy being with kids, infants included, and they seem to enjoy being with me as well I have experience through the full range from infants to teens, special needs as well. I'm reliable, responsible, with lots of common sense.I have a reliable car and am a good driver. School: studied with Piaget, child development, infant language acquisition. Love playing board games, reading to kids, helping with homework... scooting around with littler ones and making up games. I'm a tennis player, swimmer, used to shooting baskets, riding bikes, practicing soccer, batting as well...pretend, dress-up, crafts and shuttling kids "around town". I have a good sense of humor and fun and am easy with kids pushing the limits with babysitters...to a certain extent (e.g. bedtimes, # books, TV/computer.)
