Hello, MY name is Bridget! I am currently finishing up my Junior year at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. I am 21 years old. At Salve, I am double majoring in Elementary education and Special education. I have always loved working with children and adore getting to know families and children. I am looking for a family who needs help this summer while I am home from College! My experiences include: participating in many practicum and student teaching opportunities from Salve Regina University, I have student taught Math, Science at Pell Claiborne Elementary School in Newport, RI. I am finishing up Literacy and Social Studies at Pell Claiborne Elementary School this semester. As well as being able to student teach for special education at Spencer Borden Elementary School in Fall River, MA. -Nanny (Part-time) Hopkinton, MA August 2015 to September 2018 I nannied for a family of 4 children, Read more mainly 3 who were under my care for the school year and summer of 2015-2016. I then began my college years and returned working for them for summers 2017, and 2018. My responsibilities included driving the children to their activities, light cooking for the children and occasional errands. I was in charge of carpool certain weeks to get the kids to their sports and would host playdates as well. -Assistant Group Leader Kidsborough - Hopkinton, MA October 2013 to June 2015 I worked at an after-school daycare program for my first few years of high school. This program had children from kindergarten to 5th grade. Activities included providing snacks to the children, helping with their homework, arts & crafts as well as playing with the children and supervising them as well.
