I spent the last 13 years as a stay at home mother and full time homeschool educator. Now that my daughter is in public school, I am looking to find a part time position using my experience running a household (often alone while my husband was deployed), providing a stable and loving home environment for my daughter and being solely responsible for providing her a well rounded home education. I have also provided babysitting to friends and volunteered at my daughter's play-based cooperative preschool. I helped to lead a homeschooling nature group and book club and co-taught a Project Based Learning class. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, am passionate about child/adolescent growth & development, nature, health & wellness, nutrition, reading and sewing.
