Well with kids in general, I have worked at 2 jobs for almost a year each where I had to work with kids. I also babysat family members kids (ages 2-11) over the course of 5 years. I know it sounds weird, but I train myself to work with kids because I worked at a tennis program also that worked with kids in which I learned how to deal with them.
