While I was studying medicine at the University back in Spain I used to work as a part-time caregiver for children of all ages (from 2-3 months to teenagers). During the summer of 2013, I spent 4 months in the UK working as an Au pair (a full-time caregiver). My work consisted in working with the parents to develop and implement discipline programs and to promote positive behavior in the child (she was a 2-year-old). I also promoted language development skills through reading and storytelling and organized indoors and outdoors activities that enhanced children's physical, emotional and social well-being. I am a very social and sportive person, willing to promote any kind of outdoor/indoor activity. Non-smoker. I am willing to travel around the neighborhood on public transportation or family car since I have a driving license but do not own a car.
