Hello! My name is Ericka. I am a loving, caring, social, and respectful 25-year-old woman who has a genuine passion for working with children. I enjoy creating a positive, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun through activities centered around education, nature, creativity, and positive behavior. I believe every child deserves patience, attention, and individualized care. My priority is always to make sure children feel safe, supported, and comfortable while ensuring they are properly fed, supervised, engaged, and cared for throughout the day. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, as well as EEC certified, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children in childcare settings. My experience includes working in my high school daycare, working in after-school programs as both a Group Leader and Site Coordinator, and providing babysitting services for family and friends. I also have experience working with children with Read more special needs and understand the importance of patience, communication, consistency, and adapting care to each child’s individual needs. I currently work full-time with adults with special needs, where I provide direct care, support, supervision, and assistance while helping individuals participate in daily activities and maintain a safe and positive environment. This experience has strengthened my ability to work with individuals of different abilities, recognize their unique needs, and provide compassionate and respectful care. I am also a proud mother of two, which has given me even more hands-on experience and understanding of the importance of patience, communication, consistency, and creating a safe and loving environment for children. I have reliable transportation and am willing to travel for the right family.
