Hi there! I’m Victoria or Tori for short, a passionate and responsible 22-year-old who’s been working with kids for as long as I can remember—starting as a junior counselor at my town’s recreational summer camp and advancing through roles as counselor, and eventually director of both the summer camp and before- & after-school programs for kindergarten through middle-school children. That director experience gave me invaluable leadership, communication, and organizational skills—designing enriching activities, managing staff, coordinating with parents and schools, and staying composed under pressure. Later, I became a gymnastics coach for children aged 18 months to 10 years, where I not only coached but also supported office work, birthday parties, and day camps. Along the way, I also helped with dog grooming and briefly assisted at an electrical company—both of which enhanced my adaptability and multitasking. I’m certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and have completed EEC Essentials training, so Read more safety is always top of mind.
