I have a lot of experience working with children which will make me a good employee for a caretaker. I worked at summer camps as a counselor working with children of all ages. I assisted in the classroom with structured educational activities and supervised unstructured activities during outside recess time. I also worked for the town of an after school program. My duties were to play with the kids in the gym, help out with snack time, and create activities for the kids to enjoy. These jobs, while definitely more structured than a regular babysitting job, gave me valuable experience with various types of children. I have a great deal of babysitting experience in a home atmosphere. I have had a steady job with one family in particular. The kids have always had nothing but good things to say about me and were excitedly waiting for me every morning.
