I am a mother of two children. My son is 15yrs old and my Daughter is 12. I love being a mom. They are my world. I'm great with children. I am very outgoing, kind, loving, hard working, respectful, fun and trustworthy. I'm a social butterfly, Doesn't take me much to fit in. I believe all children should be involved in as many educational and active programs. It allows them to expand in life. Plus its great for them to interact with other children there age. I am currently working at Walden Behavioral Care. I've been with the Hospital for about 9yrs. In the field for 15 yrs. I specialize in Psychiatric Mental Health & Eating Disorders of all ages. I love my job. I am seeking to help a small family in their daily lives that are in need of help. My professional position as a Lead Mental Health Read more Technician at Walden Behavioral Care allowed me to hone my communications skills as I led therapy groups and participated in one to one counseling & Behavioral sessions. Working on an inpatient Psychiatric & Eating Disorder Units taught me the importance of interdisciplinary teamwork, clear communication, and how to remain calm in stressful situations. As a Lead Mental Health Technician, I use the skills from this experience to provide competent, compassion, patient- and family- centered Mental Health Technicians care that honors the individual patient values, choices, culture, social context and specific needs. I aspire to provide care that is efficient, individualized, and promote continuity of care hands-off, correct documentation, and lastly, the coordinated involvement of patient, family, and health team members. Working as a Lead MHT under top rated facility like Walden Behavioral Care would allow me to develop a MHT style grounded within the highest standard of care. I would be honored to work for a hospital with staff members and health care providers as accomplished as the ones at Walden Behavioral Care. I understand how to balance multiple priorities, accomplish set goals, and adapt to constantly changing environments. My references will attest to my strong work ethic, kind heart. I would be glad to answer questions regarding my experience and qualifications at 1617-997-3160. Thank You for your consideration.

I would not recommend her. We hired her and despite being very clear upfront about needed 2 weeks notice, she quit abruptly with no notice because she found something more suitable.
