I normally don’t rate sitters 1 star but this was very unprofessional. I was interested in possibly hiring Isabelle. So I decided to set up a Meet and greet. I gave her my address She cancelled 3 hours before our agreed upon time because she had woken up with a “cold”. I had moved around my evening meetings to meet with her and this was very frustrating. I’m not doubting her but makes it very hard to believe she had a cold but couldn’t cancel at 9am or when she woke up. She then told me to tell me my availability for the week I decided to give her another shot. I reached out several times prior and She didn’t reply. She finally reached out 4 days later and she said “lots of stuff going on, that’s why I didn’t reply” . Then proceeded to tell me she is available if needed but is going back to school in 5 weeks. I needed a backup sitter in case my other sitters weren’t available. Had I known this info I wouldn’t have even reached out. I told her to let me know when scheduled and once again for the 3rd time she blew me off. As a nanny in the past if I’m not interested I would tell a family that. Very unprofessional and would not recommend.
