I am 44 years old and currently enrolled at Massasoit Community College in the Early Childhood Education Degree Program. I was laid off from a secretarial job I had for 8 years back in 2013. I saw this lay off as an opportunity to go back to school and do something I enjoy which is working with children. I started babysitting at age 13 and continued on and off through out my life babysitting siblings, nieces, nephews, etc. Currently I regularly babysit for a close friend who has custody of her 2 year old grandson. I am a very loving, compassionate person and I get great satisfaction from caring for children. Helping them learn is a strong passion of mine.
