Hi! My name is Hailey :) I have had many years of experience babysitting (since I was 10 and I am currently 22), in high-school I worked at a non-profit organization to help children with their homework while their parents received help they needed. After i graduated I started substituting in a special education classroom, I then got hired as a PCA for a family who has 3 children, two with disabilities and worked there for about 3 years. I am a college student, I have my associates in human services and I am currently getting my bachelor's in psychology to become a child life specialist! I am extremely reliable and patient. I love hands on learning and finding time to incorporate arts and crafts and music and play into kids daily routines. I have worked with kids of all ages and abilities!
