I love working with children because they are incredibly smart and constantly learning. Their curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering the world around them are truly inspiring. I find it incredibly rewarding to be part of their learning journey, to help guide and nurture their growth. Making a positive impact on their lives and contributing to their development gives me immense satisfaction and joy. I have extensive experience working with children, particularly as a Behavior Technician working with kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, I have developed and implemented individualized behavior intervention plans, working closely with each child to help them achieve their specific goals. My experience includes using evidence-based techniques to support children in developing their communication, social, and adaptive skills. Additionally, I have collaborated with families and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and consistent approach to each child's development.
