Hello!  My name is Lois and I am a seasoned childcare professional. I have been babysitting and working as a nanny for over 20 years. I have worked with children of all ages, but the majority of my care has been focused on newborns, infants and toddlers. I am a certified Infant Specialist and I have helped many new families adjust to the parenting role. My previous experience includes working as a babysitter, private nanny, infant teacher at a day care, swim instructor, gymnastics and dance teacher, camp counselor, after school teacher, varsity cheer coach and high school guidance counselor. My nanny positions have enabled me to gain many on the job skills. I have successfully been able to sleep train numerous infants, help with potty training, transitioning to formula and solid food and helping children reach their milestones. I also attended a year of law school at Oklahoma City Univ School of Law. As much as I am drawn to the legal field I feel working with children and families is the best fit for me. In addition to caring for children at night and during the weekends I am also raising two little boys. I am a stay at home mom to an 8 month old and 4 year old with special needs.
