I have nannies for 2.5 years (child 1: 3 months-2.5 years; child 2: NB-14 months). I love getting kids outside, to the park and play dates! I currently bring the two I watch to my home, so if you are looking for care outside the home I have the set up! I plan stimulating activities for the 2.5 year old and 14 month old enjoys watching as older sibling works through the activity! I clean, do laundry, LOVE to organize. I believe in sleep training, I understand it is not everyone’s cup of tea, so I wanted to make that clear straight away! Children will one day become the adults of society and believe it’s never too early to encourage positive behavior and interactions. I encourage them to be aware of their bodies(they never have to hug/kiss:touch anyone they do not want to, outside of danger or discipline), their actions Read more and how those actions may make someone feel(having them check on someone if they’re hurt them, asking how they’d feel is someone had done the same to them to help them connect to the other child/person) and strongly encourage children to use words and eventually sentences. The children I nanny currently do not have screen time with me, though we do listen to lots of music! I am open to screen time if that is something the parent is interested in! I am willing to work with cats(I have my own) but not dogs.
