Hi! My name is Kristiane, and I’m a dedicated childcare provider with 10 years of experience working with children from infants to 13 years old. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW), along with bachelor’s degrees in Education and Social Work, and currently work full-time at a nonprofit after-school program supporting youth and families in my community. I specialize in working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as kids who benefit from structure, routine, and emotional support. I have a strong background in behavioral therapy, understand and implement behavior plans, and excel at creating calm, supportive environments where children feel safe and confident. I’m also CPR and AED certified, trained in crisis response, and comfortable with sensory needs, transitions, and coping strategies.
