I’ve been part of this site since 2005 and have had the pleasure of working with several wonderful families, some of whom I am still friends with today. I have over 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages, including twins and newborns. One of my most meaningful experiences was working with a family I met through this site in 2005. I cared for their six children for 14 years, which gave me extensive experience managing different ages, personalities, routines, and the unique needs of each child. I am the proud mother of a 23-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son, and I also have experience raising my two stepchildren. Being a mother has given me a deep understanding of children’s needs, development, and the importance of creating a safe and loving environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have completed newborn care training. Sheylla has been working with us for over a month caring for our 4 month old baby, and she is absolutely wonderful! She is professional, communicative, on time, very engaging with our baby, and clearly has extensive experience caring for young children. She plays with our daughter, reads to her, and has taught her several new skills. She is excellent at helping our daughter sleep! We absolutely recommend Sheylla for any childcare situation!

I can't say enough about Sheylla. She is one special soul and she is a gifted person to work with kids or babies (my babies were 10 month old when we got Sheylla). Always super sweet and kind. Loves playing with the babies. She has been great with twins and she is super helpful around the house which I truly appreciated. She is responsible, clean, and a great communicator. No drama with her. She is awesome. We had Sheylla full time for a month. We would love to bring her back again when we are back in town.
