Hello! My name is Sophia, I have a passion for working with and caring for children which I plan to pursue further by attending graduate school in the Boston area and becoming a School Psychologist. I started babysitting and nannying when I was around 15 years old and began teaching preschool when I was a junior in high school. In addition to teaching and babysitting, I have worked as a behavioral therapist for children ages 2-5 with ASD. Throughout college, I babysat for a local family consisting of a six-month-old, an eight-year-old, and a seven-year-old. Patience, organization, and creativity are some of the most important qualities I possess that make me a great caretaker. Because of my background in psychology and education, I have an in depth understanding of child development that gives me a heightened understanding of behavior.
