Meet Kasie

I begun my work ethic in a summer employment program for teenagers in the city of Cambridge. I was placed in a daycare working with babies ages 15 months - 2 years old. I stayed with the program for two summers before my supervisor gave me the opportunity to work for her again but instead for a program called Cambridge Challenge, helping give youth a job to prevent them from getting caught up in the streets. The next summer I was offered a job as an assistant teacher for the daycare I started off at. I currently work there as a floater between the two preschool classes and a toddler class. While I didn't have a job in school, I did however, uphold two internships my senior year of high school. Growing up, I was always involved in sports. For the last few football seasons I have coached for Cambridge & Somerville Pop Warner Cheerleading squad with girls aged 5 years old to 12 years old.
