I was an Academic Enrichment Teacher for A Weil Elementary School in Pittsburgh. My responsibility included creating engaging learning activities for students to grasp the topics they covered in the classroom throughout the day. I was solely in charge of pre-K to 5th grade students. As an Academic Enrichment Teacher I dealt with a variety of students with different backgrounds and behavioral/disciplinary issues along with mental health needs. Consequently, I was a part-time nanny for a 10 year old girl with ADHD for roughly 6 months. Due to graduating college, I had to leave that position. In the last 2 years I directed my own youth program teaching High School students how to be socially responsible leaders in Philadelphia. I recently moved to Boston and I am looking for a family to be of support to.
