Hi, my name is Alaney, and I’m a dedicated and caring babysitter with strong experience in childcare and personal care. I currently study Economics at Worcester State University, and I’ve built valuable skills through both my work and education. I’ve worked at the Southwick Recreational Center Daycare, where I supported children in early learning, structured play, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I also have experience as a PCA worker for a low-functioning autistic individual, which has taught me patience, adaptability, and how to provide specialized care with compassion.
