Hello! My name is Lauren Comfort and I am a junior undergraduate student at the University of New Hampshire. I am a Human Development and Family Studies major with a concentration in Child Development. I hope to apply into the masters acceleration program and receive a Masters degree in early childhood education. I would love to be a first or second grade teacher after graduation. I am apart of Greek Life on UNH campus, a member of the Friends of Jacquelyn club, and a teaching assistant in a kindergarten classroom at the Child Study and Development Center. I have worked many babysitting jobs in the past since I was about 13 years old from the ages of children 4 to 13. I also worked with a variety aged children at the local YMCA camp in Hopkinton, MA for the past 3 summers. I am First Aid and CPR certified, and Read more hold a position in the Early Childhood Education Teacher Preparation Program for the Fall of 2018. I love working with kids and have a passion for pursuing this educational career. I believe any opportunity working with children and child care will allow me to strengthen these experiences and opportunities!
