I have spent my entire life caring for children; my mother owned a child care facility for over 30 years which I grew up in and eventually worked as a licensed assistant for. I have a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and am also a musician (guitar and piano) so I put a lot of emphasis on creative learning. Some activities I've done with children include: arts and crafts, story time, poetry/rhyming, music time, nature walks (learning about flower/tree types), treasure hunts (using clues to find objects), and puzzle solving. I would be available for homework help/tutoring, including foreign languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Latin). I have over 15 years experience caring for infants and toddlers and have experience successfully clearing an infant's obstructed airway (choking). I am able to prepare meals, including healthy foods and vegetarian/vegan.
