I knew from the age of 15 years old I wanted to work in a field helping people. I worked at a local Boys and Girls Club for about 6 years before I made the switch to working residentially caring for adolescents in the care of DCF. Over the course of 5 years I worked at 3 different programs. I began to want to do something more, and in April of 2021 I began working as a Case Manager at a Day Habilitation program caring for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I have now become the Day Habilitation Manager at this program and am coming up on my two year anniversary with the company. Caring for, and helping others grow has always been a passion of mine.
