Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile a little more! My name is Mary. I have a dual degree in EcoGastronomy and Nutrition with a concentration in Wellness. I am a huge foodie and like to give kids the option to engage with meal preparation so that they can see where their food comes from and may be more inclined to try/create new foods. I also enjoy crafting, outdoor time, reading, and sensory learning activities. Childcare Experience — I was a TA at the University of New Hampshire's Child Study and Development Center (CSDC) with children ages infants through kindergarten. I participated in classroom lesson planning, cultivating our community garden, encouraging individual learning, preparing nutritional snacks, etc. during my time at the CSDC. The CSDC thrived in a Montessori type of environment and encouraged individuality, exploration, and healthy communication. I have also worked as a lead camp counselor, as Read more well as a personal nanny for families with children in infancy, toddlerhood, and young adolescence. I just recently worked as a Dietary/Formula Technician at a pediatric acute care hospital. I have a wide range of childcare experience including the care of my 3 younger siblings. I have a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential in any aspect I can during our time together.
