Hi my name is Jenna and since my very first babysitting job at the age of ten, I knew that working with children is what I am meant to do in life. I have taken two years of child development courses, was a student teacher at Children's Corner Laboratory preschool and have worked as an assistant teacher at Mittineague Children's Center in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. During this period of time I have become skilled with diaper changing, bottle feeding, creating activities on the spot and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment where children can both have fun and learn while developing to their fullest potential. I have prepared dozens of lesson plans that have been taught in the classrooms I have been placed in over the years. I am also child CPR/AED certified as well as first aid certified. I attend Merrimack College during the fall and spring Read more semesters where I study Human Development and Social Services as well as Early Childhood Education. Although my skills and experience vary amongst different age groups, my true passion and instincts gravitate towards infants and toddlers.
