I have not directed baby sat childen in quite some time (teenage years) however, I was a teacher abroad for about 8 years dealing with primarily toodler and elementary-aged students. Aborad, teaching is a combination or babysitting and control of the classroom. I personally think that's a better deal for you and your kids. You have a teacher nanny friend for your kids for a couple of hours. I also come equip with a car and a wonderful mini poodle. (:
