My name is Brittany and tending to children has always been apart of my life. I love being able to watch children grow and see how over the years they’ve changed and learned so much. My babysitting years had started since I was about 14 years old I used to be apart of Care.com and I’ve babysat for numerous families in the Pikesville Owings Mills, Md area. Later on I perused a career in nursing and got my CPR/First Aid. At the time my mother started her at home family daycare Loveable Daycare. I’d work there part time. At about the age of 20 I took Daycare courses and was promoted to her Substitute through the Board of Childcare. I had to attend a series of classes every year at least 1 a month to make sure we were meeting the guidelines for credentials as well. I am the substitute Read more for her daycare to this day. I love working with children of all ages because we learn so much from our kids. Not only do we teach them but they in turn teach us. They are a burst of energy and definitely keeps me on my feet. I take pride in being a vital piece of each child’s nurturing process as they grow. To know that I was there to also give love and care makes me feel good on the inside. This job is one of its kind but very rewarding!
