Hi! I’m Zaina- a Chevy Chase raised, DMV local with over 15 years of childcare experience. I currently work in the fitness and wellness field, but working with children has always been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. I’ve cared for children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to elementary and high school students. I have a clean driving record, my own car, and five years of experience safely driving children to and from school and activities. Beyond childcare, I’m also an experienced tutor and teacher. I graduated from American University with a B.A. in Public Relations and Strategic Communications and a minor in Marketing. I’m fluent in Arabic and have been teaching it privately and in classroom settings since 2010. While at Abjadiyah Arabic Language Workshop, I directed classes for children ages 3–5. My approach is simple: give each child focused attention, encouragement, and consistency. I don’t just see myself as a babysitter — I see myself as a mentor and positive role model during some of the most important years of their development.
