I am a mother of three adult children. I have numerous neices and nephews I have cared for on ocassion, along with children of friends. My professional life experiences were in accounting and retail. My last accounting position was with a law firm consisting of twenty-two, mostly male attorneys. In retail, I interacted with a diverse crop of people from all walks of life. I recently relocated to the DC area to care for my grandchild, however my daughter seems to have changed her plans about children at this time. My best option is to care for children outside the family. I have been previously certified in CPR some years ago, and will gladly be recertified again.
