Hello, my name is Tandra. I’m a mother of two daughters, ages 24 and 15, with 28 years of childcare experience. I hold a 90-hour childcare certification and spent 10 years as a teacher at a child development center, caring for children from 6 weeks to pre-kindergarten. I’ve also worked as a nanny for two years and have experience supporting children with special needs, developmental delays, and adults with mental health challenges. In addition, I bring 14 years of healthcare experience. I provide a loving, responsible, and organized approach to childcare. I understand the importance of having a trustworthy caregiver who prioritizes each child’s unique needs, and I am committed to ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
