Hello! I am Tamya Valentine, an Elementary Education major at the illustrious Delaware State University. I am a rising junior who has taken courses in child development, development of children with intellectual disabilities, motor development, and much more. I have volunteered and observed at the DSU child care lab school on campus. I am very family oriented and I love to spend time with children. I have a three year old niece, a 7 year old nephew, and a very large amount of younger cousins with who I have experience babysitting. I am very big on educational activities and making sure a child’s mind is continuously stimulated. Lastly, I am currently certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
