I have been working with children since I was 12 years old when I began babysitting my neighbors. Over the last ten years, I have worked as the director of a local tennis camp for children, nannyed for three DC families, launched and sustained a tutoring business, graduated from University of Maryland, and worked as a medical assistant for a local surgeon. All of my work experience has been valuable, as I have learned that I am happiest when I am working with and teaching children in a low ratio setting. I also enjoy building relationships with the children for whom I work. I am very close to the children I have nannyed in the past. I even coach the basketball team for one of the boys I used to nanny! I love connecting with children and helping them grow.
