Hi! My name is Aali. I currently work in elementary-level child education as an after-school teacher. I'm an artist and a engineering major, so I love using both creative and logical approaches to come to a solution, and encouraging children to love learning and thinking out of the box. As a sitter, my primary concern is keeping children engaged, present, and constantly learning and developing, while keeping them safe and healthy. I think kindness and respect is the way to go when listening to children; there is always a root problem to a behavior that, when addressed directly, leads to a better outcome for the child and lets them know that they are being heard.
