There's magic in a child's smile, especially when they have learned or tried something new!! I've had the honor of enjoying that magic for many years in a variety of settings. I began sitting while in junior high and high school. I went on to study elementary education in college and worked as a camp counselor for YMCA during summer breaks. Upon graduation, I worked as a substitute, math and elementary school teacher and went on to earn a Master's degree in education. I stepped away from the teaching profession to raise my kids, homeschooling them along the way. Now, I am enjoying substitute teaching and providing care once again. I enjoy providing experiences such as arts & crafts, cooking, outdoor play, going for walks along with the joy of great books. I'm excited to bring my years of educational experience and love of children to your family.
