I always wanted to help children I just wasn't sure how until I became teachers aide for my first employer. Working with the kids was a great learning experience which pushed me to want to learn more about children. I started taking steps as far as getting my credentials and gaining knowledge about the way a child develop socially emotionally mentally and physically. Once I became qualified and was able to experience engaging with children in my own classroom I realized that I really had the passion for caring for children. I am very creative, passionate and patient when it comes to children. I look for the interest in the child to engage them in learning activities. My weakness is the fear of failing so with that I make it my business to make sure that I over achieve.
