Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a caretaker, an artist and a hobby gardener. As one of six children I am no stranger to the joy-filled chaos of young children, or the necessity of multitasking and prep work to keep a happy household running smoothly. In addition to the immediate tasks of childcare like playtime, planning activities, and helping with schoolwork, I am also comfortable preparing meals and snacks, cleaning and tidying the house, and running whatever errands are most helpful. I have been the go-to neighborhood babysitter since I was a teenager and have had the pleasure of taking care of kids from 6 week old infants to twelve year old preteens! I am Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified and have volunteer experience working with kids with childhood illness including those dealing with chronic illness, cancer, heart conditions, stoma bags, and other GI issues.
