To keep it short and simple. At a young age I had to take care of my younger brother due low socioeconomic status in our lives my mother couldn’t afford daycare. As well, I grew without a father, in consequence, I was molded into a position where I had to be role model for my brother and learn the skill of responsibility. I was a counselor for two Bible school camps working with ages 4-16 which required a lot of attention and patience. What sets me apart is that I have biblical principles where children are valued and cherished before God. Jesus says that “for the kingdom of God belong to such as these” (Mark 10:13-16). As well, currently enrolled for my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I can hone my skills in child development.
