Meet Yelena

I am a mother of 4 (35, 31, 29 and 13 y. o.). I have grandson 3 y. o. I was a caregiver for my kids/parents/grandparents, and friends/their kids if needed. I love to make a difference in their life. I have advanced medical knowledge related to specific problems my family/friends faced with. I have a special daughter, volunteered at her special school, and worked as instructional assistant at summer program there. I had volunteering experience teaching kids at age of 7-15 y. o. to play music in ensemble (at regular school), helping with their homework, crafting. I like to cook healthy food; to exercise; to read books, to sing (sang at the church and different groups since I was a child); to play piano, guitar, flute etc., but not professionally. That is what I like to study/practice/enjoy with my family/friends for their sake to make them happy. I would Read more like to share all my inspiration and skills with your child along with providing him/her with safe and healthy regular daily routine and basic care. I am still learning interesting things for myself and like to encourage everyone around to do the same. I have a car, practice driving, but do not have driver's license yet. I have reliable MetroAccess transportation if needed. Education: MS in Science, Honors Diploma Languages: English, Russian (can be a tutor) Interests: massage, homeopathy/naturopathy, dietology and nutrition; walking, swimming, biking, playing tennis; psychology, sociology; culture, art, music; presentations and simple family websites; knitting, crochet, craft. P.S. I am going to be hired for part time by local child care. It is in process. The people from "References" Section are not my Co-workers, but I found this category more appropriate to submit because we have the same goal (like co-workers) - to provide the best care for my special daughter and father-in-law. Mrs. Grace is Executive Director of the Nursing Agency. Mrs. Anastasia is former Service Coordinator from the State Coordination Agency. They both regularly supervised quality of service I provided.
