Hi! My name is Tasha Powers and I and am a current middle teacher in my 5th year, teaching History to 6th and 8th graders. I graduated from the University of Maryland with an undergraduate degree in U.S. history and a masters of education focused in secondary education arts integration. I would love to be a sitter for your children! Throughout my years growing up I have always loved to work with children. Between camp counseling, swim coaching, babysitting, and currently teaching, working with children is my true passion. I have a great, positive and creative energy and love to be both in and outdoors working with children. I am also a swim lesson instructor so can help with swimming needs if interested. I am very good with behavior management with both small and large groups.
