Meet Aurelia

• Comfortable with pets

I have been babysitting since I was around 13 years old. This includes working with infants, teenagers, and all ages in between. Also, my experience has been both paid and volunteer. While I was professionally employed by my former job working with infants to 12 year old children (from Late 2013- Summer of 2014), some of my tasks included instructing arts & crafts activities, teaching ballet, coordinating birthday parties, teaching gymnastics, cleaning, and ensuring that all children were having fun. This was my first professional job, and although it was a lot of fun, I had to leave due to preparation for my first year of college. During the summer of 2013, I volunteered as a camp counselor. For the majority of the summer I worked with soon-to-be first graders. As one of the group’s leaders, I would find arts and crafts projects online, gather materials already provided by the Read more camp, and help my group of first graders make awesome crafts. In addition, I, along with my fellow counselors read to our group of children, accompanied them on field trips to amusement parks, the pool, plays, and more. It was definitely one of my most memorable summers. The children really grew close to me and greeted me with smiles and hugs every morning at the start of the day. I am responsible, attentive, and will absolutely ensure that your children have a great summer. Creativity is something I love.
