Hi my name is Aline, I am from Cameroon, in my mid 20's, and I couldn't describe my love for children better than literally going to school to finish off as a pediatrician. I've spent my early years working as a children's counselor for summer camps and afterschool programs. I was responsible for leading, assisting in, and enforcing general safety guidelines, proper growth, and skill achievement implemented on the participants. I was responsible for organizing a variety of small and large activities for each week to widen experiences. I respond to camper behavior issues by assisting in maintaining program records such as incident reports, and distribute food to participants at the appropriate time. Lastly, I monitored and supervised participants while out on trips, amusement parks, and leisure activities. I returned every year for 4 years because not only did I enjoy doing it but because the children loved me.
