Meet Rhoman
Hey! My name is Rhoman Elvis. I’m a recent college graduate from Colgate University with a degree in Education. I’m home for the summer and looking to save up some money before starting my Master’s in Teaching this fall. I am the second oldest of four kids (third of thirteen grandkids), so I’ve been working with and taking care of children for as long as I can remember. I’d say I first started looking after kids outside of my family when I began volunteering for my church’s Vacation Bible School. That passion has only grown over the years. I have experience working with students in classroom settings. I’ve worked with students at a local school near Colgate, as well as with fifth-grade Native American students in New Mexico during my off-campus semester in the fall of 2024. Currently, I’m back with my community swim team as an assistant coach in Read more the evenings, and I truly enjoy every moment I get to spend working with kids.
