I am 48 years old, and a mother of 2 daughters and one son. I am a grandmother of 3 granddaughters. I am very much family oriented, I will care for your child or children as if they were my own. I became a Mom to my oldest daughter at 21, so I have 27 years experience in caring for children. While in High School I took Early Childhood duration and we had a daycare center at our school, I also then got a job at Mother Hubbard Childcare in Newark DE, where I resided at that time. I worked at that daycare care from my sophomore year in high school until my 2 full years and then moved to PA my senior year and graduated and then moved back to DE, and was rehired at Mother Hubbard until December 1993. I then had my first daughter in August of Read more 1994 and chose to go a different direction in my career path because I ended up being a single mother. I love children, playing, teaching, and watching them change, grow, and learn. I have no problem doing light housework to help the parents out. I know infant, child and adult CPR. I'm punctual, dependable, flexible, and at this point in my life I feel this is one of the best career change that I can make. I take my job whatever job that may be very serious and know how important it is for me to be dependable, because I know its important for parents to make it to their job.
